Best Grilled Chicken Marinade

This grilled chicken marinade will make your next meal the talk of the house. Made with brown sugar, garlic, and other goodness this chicken marinade is a keeper.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • Marinade
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon dried Rosemary slightly crushed
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Add all marinade ingredients to a small bowl and whisk together.
  2. Add chicken to a large freezer bag and pour marinade over the chicken.
  3. Zip bag then massage the marinade into the chicken and let stand for at least 30 minutes up to 4 hours .
  4. Pro Tip: Put a few Tbsp of Marinade to the side for basting the chicken. Thank me later.
  5. Preheat a  grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Add chicken thighs and cook 5-7 minutes per side depending on heat level or until chicken reaches 165°F.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Baste with additional Marinade if needed.
