Ingredients
Method
- In a large pot add1 Tbsp Olive Oil over Medium heat.
- Add half of the diced onions and saute for about 2-3 minutes until translucent.
- Add garlic and saute another 30 seconds.
- Add ground beef.
- Bring temperature to a medium high heat. Brown beef and drain.
- Return beef back to the pot.
- Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, stock, Chill powder, cumin, ginger, salt and pepper. Combine well then bring to a simmer.
- Cut 3-4 small diagonal cuts in your franks to provide even grilling and they just look good that way.
- Grill or pan sear with a bit of oil a couple minutes per side until browned and done.
- Place franks in Brioche Buns. Ladle a portion of chili followed by diced onions if desired and then your shredded cheese.
- Place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes (watching closely so they come out just right). That's it!
