Ingredients
Method
- Preheat air fryer to 390°F
- Combine olive oil, granulated garlic, paprika, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add salmon bites and toss gently to coat.
- In a separate bowl combine Bang Bang Sauce ingredients and whisk together.
- Pour half the Bang Bang Sauce in a separate bowl for after the salmon is done cooking.
- Lay salmon bites in a even layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook in batches 4-5 minutes.
- Flip and cook an additional 4-5 minutes or until salmon reaches an internal temperature of 140-145° F.
- Transfer Salmon Bites to serving plate and drizzle with reserved Bang Bang Sauce.
Serve over Jasmine Rice. Garnish with Chives
