Kenny’s Kitchen Ultimate Pasta
IngredientsÂ
- 1 box Fettuccine
- 1 red bell pepper sliced and chopped
- 1 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
- 3/4 lb Shrimp cleaned, peeled and de-veined(Optional)
- 1 12oz package chicken Andouille sausage
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp dried parsley or fresh is best
- 1/2 Tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp paprika
- 1/2 Tbsp all purpose Seasoning
- 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 Tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 Tbsp Chili powder
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 2 Tbsp butter
DirectionsÂ
- Cook Fettuccine pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Mix together cayenne pepper, paprika, all purpose Seasoning, garlic powder, red pepper flakes and chili powder.
- Season chicken, shrimp and Andouille sausage with mix.
- In a large skillet heat 1 Tbsp oil on medium high heat.
- Cook chicken about 3 minutes per side until golden. Set aside.
- In same pan melt 1 Tbsp of butter and cook shrimp 2 minutes per side and set aside.
- Finally melt last Tbsp of butter and brown Andouille sausage while you saute the red bell peppers about 3 minutes. Set aside.
- In same pan pour heavy whipping cream.
- Reduce heat to medium low.
- Stir in Parmesan and parsley. Let simmer for 3-4 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Stir in Fettuccine.
- Add red bell pepper. Mix well.
- Add chicken, shrimp and Andouille sausage back to the mix.
- Combine with pasta and top. Oh yeah!
