Philly Cheese-steak Street Tacos
We combined the flavors of Philly cheese steak with the convenience of a street taco to get the Philly Cheese-steak street taco, enjoy.
Ingredients
Method
- In a large cast iron skillet heat 1 Tbsp of olive oil on medium heat.
- Cook steaks for 2 minutes. Flip and cook another 2 minutes.
- Flip one more time, add all purpose seasoning, break up steaks with a spatula, add veggies and mix well for 2 more minutes.
- Add shredded cheese and remove from heat.
- In a separate skillet heat remaining oil and brown tortillas.
- Remove taco shells, assemble tacos with Philly Cheese-steak mixture.
