Lemon Pepper Wings

Ingredients
- 20 wings chicken wings
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp black pepper
- Seasoning salt (Lawry or Cajun)
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 8 Tb butter
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
Directions
- Fill a skillet or deep fryer with 1 1/2 cups of oil
- Preheat oil over med-high flame
- Spread wings on plate or tray
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper
- Flip wings repeat seasoning on the other side
- Fill a large bowl with 1 cup of flour
- Add several wings and lightly toss in flour cover wings completely
- Shake off excess flour
- Place wings one at a time into the hot oil, do not overfill
- Cook for 10 min until golden brown and crispy
- Place cooked wings on a wire rack to drain, be sure to place paper towels under rack
- In a large mixing bowl whisk together butter and lemon pepper
- Immerse wings in butter lemon sauce 2 or 3 at a time covering completely
- Remove wings and allow to sit several minutes
