White Chicken Chili
White chicken chili is a get replacement to to your usual chili. Made with white chili beans, chicken thighs and breast, and green chili's this white chicken chili might be your new favorite, enjoy.

Prep:
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, garlic powder and Cajun Seasoning. Grill 4-5 minutes per side. Remove from heat, let rest and slice into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large pot or Dutch oven, saute diced onion and minced garlic over medium heat until softened and fragrant.
- Add green chili's, cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Pour in chicken broth/stock and bring to a simmer.
- Add chicken, Bush Chili Magic or white beans and frozen corn (if using) simmer 15-20 minutes so flavors can Flavor!
- Stir in cream cheese until fully melted and incorporated.
- Then add heavy whipping cream and stir until smooth.
- Serve Hot, with Cheddar cheese, chopped cilantro and a squeeze of lime if desired.
