Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 small onion
- 3-4 Mushrooms
- 2-3 small red, orange peppers
- 1 Lb ground turkey
- 1 egg
- 1 Tb garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 Tb seasoning salt (Lawry’s)
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1-2 Tb oil (grapeseed)
Directions
- In a large bowl combine turkey, vegetables, and eggÂ
- Add seasoning and mix well
- Divide meat into 4 parts
- Flatten into patties and place on parchment paper
- Preheat skillet on med-high heat
- Once the skillet is hot add patties and cooks for 4-5 min per side until browned
- Top with cheese and add a bun
