Method
- Preheat grill to 400°
- Season steak generously with salt and pepper.
- Sear steak on all 4 sides (4 mins per side and 1 minute per side perimeter)10 min total
- Preheat oven to 380°F.
- Transfer steak to foil lined baking sheet with wire rack.
- Bake for an additional 27 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 140° F
- Set on plate, top with garlic butter and cover with aluminum foil for at least 5 minutes.
- Slice against the grain
