Tomahawk Rib-Eye Steak
IngredientsÂ
- 1-2 Tomahawk Rib-eye 2 1/2-3inch thick
- 2-3 Tbsp Kosher Salt
- 2 Tbsp Cracked Black Pepper
- 2-3 sprigs fresh Thyme for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Preheat grill to 400° Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Sear steak on all 4 sides(4 mins per side and 1 minute per side perimeter)10 min total
- Preheat oven to 380°F, transfer steak to foil lined baking sheet with wire rack. Bake for an additional 27 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 140° F
- Set on plate, top with garlic butter and cover with aluminum foil for at least 5 minutes.
- Slice against the grain
