
Grilled Chicken Wangz with Tip32
If you want that great grilled taste made indoors this is the recipe for you. We start with full wings cut them up and turn them into grilled deliciousness. Topping it off this grilled wing recipe is made with Chicago's own Tip 32 wing sauce. TasteDis!

Method
- Wash Chicken wings and pat dry with paper towel. With a sharp knife, cut wings into wing dings (drums and flats).
- Season both sides with 1 tbsp cracked black pepper and Kinder's Master Salt Seasoning or substitute.
- Preheat grill to medium high heat if using cast iron w/ grill marks and oil skillet with 1 tbsp of oil.
- Sear wings on each side for 4-5 min. Finish in a 375 degree preheated oven for 30-35 min. Remove wings from the oven and let them rest on a wire rack.
- In a large bowl, toss wings in about 6 oz of Tip 32 sauce.
