Grilled Chicken Wangz with Tip32

IngredientsÂ
- 10-12 whole chicken wings
- 1 tbsp fresh cracked black pepper
- 1 1/2 tbsp Kinder’s Master Salt Seasoning (or about 3/4 tbsp garlic powder and 3/4 tbsp sea salt)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 16 oz bottle Tip 32 Tip sauce
DirectionsÂ
- Wash Chicken wings and pat dry with paper towel. With a sharp knife, cut wings into wing dings (drums and flats).
- Season both sides with 1 tbsp cracked black pepper and Kinder’s Master Salt Seasoning or substitute.
- Preheat grill to medium high heat if using cast iron w/ grill marks and oil skillet with 1 tbsp of oil.
- Sear wings on each side for 4-5 min. Finish in a 375 degree preheated oven for 30-35 min. Remove wings from the oven and let them rest on a wire rack.
- In a large bowl, toss wings in about 6 oz of Tip 32 sauce.
