Thai Salmon in Sweet Chili Glaze
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs Salmon or 4-5 Six ounce pieces
- 6 Tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp peeled and finely grated ginger or ginger paste
- 2 green onions finely sliced(only the green part)
Directions
- Set your over rack about 5-6 inches from the top and preheat broiler.
- Prepare the marinade by combining Sweet Chili sauce, soy sauce and ginger.
- Set aside 1/4 cup for cooked fish.
- Spoon the rest into a baking dish.
- Place salmon skin side down in mixture and let marinate for an hour.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Transfer salmon filets to the baking sheet skin side down. Drizzle the additional sauce on salmon but not too much because it could burn in the broiling process.
- Broil for 6-10 minutes until browned and opaque in the center.
