Street Tacos

Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 Lb chicken thighs
Marinade sauce
  • 4 Tbsp orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 ½ Tbsp lime juice juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1 ½ Tbsp Ancho or Chipotle chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp dried oregano
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Method
 

  1. Mix marinade ingredient and blend well
  2. Add chicken to marinade and refrigerate 1 hr to overnight
  3. Preheat grill over med-high
  4. Grill chicken 5-10 per side
  5. Let chicken settle before cutting into slices
  6. Warm tortilla on the grill (to an extra twist add a slice of cheese between 2 tortillas)
  7. Fill the tortilla with the seasoned meat and top as desired
    8. The marinade for this chicken is so good you may not want any topping!
