Stir Fry made simple chicken or veggie

cook time: 15-20 min
Ingredient
- 2 Lbs chicken light or dark
- 1Tb garlic powder
- 1 Tb black pepper
- 1 Tb seasoning salt
- 1 Tb corn starch (or corn flour)
- 2-3 Tb oil
- 2 Tb minced garlic
- 2 Tb minced ginger
- 1 onion
- 1 red pepper
- 1/2 Lb snow peas
- 4 ounces mushrooms
- 1 tsp Lawry seasoning or chicken seasoning
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 Tb oyster sauce
- 3 Tb soy sauce
Directions
- in large bowl season chicken with garlic powder, pepper and seasoning salt
- Mix well and set to side and marinade for 1-2 hours
- In pan or wok add oil
- Heat over med hi flame till hot
- Add seasoned chicken or substitute
- Cook on high heat 3-4 min till brown and pink is gone
- In same pan with oil add 2 Tb garlic and 2Tb ginger cook 1 -2 min till brown
- Add onions cook 1-2 min till onions are translucent
- Add red peppers and snow peas. Stir occasionally for 2 min
- Add mushrooms mix and cook 2 min stir frequently
- Add 1 tsp of seasoning and mix well for 1 min
- Add broccoli florets
- Add oyster sauce and soy sauce mix well for 1-2 min
- Add chicken or substitute and simmer 1-2 min
Plate and server with white rice.
