This spicy sesame shrimp stir fry recipe is a cooks best friend. Simply stir fry veggies like cabbage, broccoli, add shrimp, spices for a little bit of heat and you have a great meal that’s easy to prepare, enjoy.
Spicy Sesame Shrimp
Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp cleaned peeled de-veined
- 6oz Broccoli Florets cut into 14in slices
- 1/2 red onion sliced
- 3/4 oz toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 3 1/2 oz red cabbage and carrots
- 1/2 oz roasted cashews
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Spicy ginger lime Aioli
Directions
- In a large skillet heat 2 Tbsp oil. Add Shrimp and garlic.
- Season with about 1/2 tsp Salt and a pinch of black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden.
- Add toasted sesame oil and red pepper flakes to skillet and combine for another minute
- Remove from heat and add sesame seeds.
- In a large pan heat 2 Tbsp oil on medium heat.
- Add Broccoli and onion to the pan season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 4 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Add cabbage, carrots and roasted cashews with 2 Tbsp water. Cook 1-2 minutes until water evaporates.
- Top Stir-fry with spicy shrimp and drizzle with spicy ginger lime Aioli.
