Spicy Chipotle Lime Aioli

Spicy Chipotle Lime Aioli is an excellent a sauce for many dishes. Made with lime, cilantro, and a touch of chipolte peppers it goes great with red meat, fish, or whatever your palate is craving, enjoy.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp cracked black pepper
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 5-6 Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce canned
  • 1 Tbsp fresh cilantro small handful

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Turn on processor and combine ingredients for about a minute.
  3. Turn off processor and check the texture. Process again if needed.
  4. Store in a mason jar for up to 10 days (because no eggs are in the ingredients). Use as a delicious sauce
