Kenny’s putting together a quick and easy shrimp taco recipe that’s great anytime.
Shrimp Tacos
Ingredients
- 1 Lb shrimp
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- Tortillas
- 1-3/4 cup cabbage
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1/8 cup green onions
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- guacamole
- American or cheddar cheese
- Cotija cheese
Sauce
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- Pinch of cilantro
Directions
- Season both sides of shrimp with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika
- In a large bowl combine cabbage, cilantro, and green onions (mix well)
- To create the sauce in a separate bowl add mayo, sour cream, sriracha, and cilantro (mix well)
- Add olive oil to skillet and preheat over med-high heat
- Add shrimp to hot skillet and cook 2 min per side
- Warm tortillas on the grill or in an oiled pan (optional to add cheese between to tortillas)
- Layer tortilla with guacamole, cabbage mix, shrimp, Cotija cheese, and sauce
