
Seafood cheesesteak
This may be better than the original, the seafood cheesesteak is stuffed with shrimp white fish and yum yum sauce need we say more. TasteDis!

Ingredients
- Salmon or Catfish skinless filet
- Jumbo Shrimp
- Broccoli florets
- Red bell pepper
- Small onion chopped
- Black pepper
- Seasoning salt
- Jerk seasoning
- Provolone cheese
Yum Yum sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp tomato paste
- 1 Tb melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp paprika we used sweet Spanish
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- ¼ cup water
Method
- Clean and dried fillets
- Season with seasoning salt, black pepper, and jerk seasoning. Flip and season both sides
- Heat pan or grill over med heat until nice and hot
- Add 1 Tbs butter to grill
- Place filet on hot grill and cook for 2-3 min (cover to help steam filet)
- Grill veggie in a separate area of grill or in a different heated pan
- Flip fillet and grill for 2-3 min
- Break filet into chunks and mix with grilled veggies adding broccoli
- Grill shrimp for 2-3 min
- Add Yum Yum sauce mix and cover with cheese
- Allow cheese to melt slightly scoop into roll or bun. Enjoy
This is the recipe for Yum Yum sauce
- Add all ingredients and mix well
- Refrigerate several hours or until sugar is fully dissolved
