The only Salmon Cakes recipe you’ll ever need

Kenny’s back in the kitchen and this recipe for salmon cakes is a winner.

Salmon Cakes

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs salmon
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 2 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 green onions chopped
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 4 tsp lemon juice
  • Panko breading

Directions

  1. In a large bowl combine mayo, Worcestershire sauce, onions, eggs, and lemon juice. Whip together until creamy
  2. Combine sauce with salmon meat and mix ingredients well
  3. Scoop out the salmon mix and form into patties
  4. Place 1 cup of Panko bread crumbs in a bowl or pan and cover patties in bread crumbs and set to the side on wax paper
  5. Preheat skillet over medium heat adding 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp oil
  6. Cook patties in pan 2-3 min per side until golden brown

Plate&Enjoy.
