If there is a problem with an order or the received products, please email our Merch Support team within 14 days of product delivery at support@tastedis.com. We offer a free replacement or a refund in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge — simply submit a customer support request at support@tastedis.com with a photo and details about the items in question.
- The we will cover the production and shipping costs of new orders.
Please note: If the order shipping details were incorrect or if you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, you may be liable for replacement and shipping costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). If you (the customer) ordered the item in the wrong size or color, we will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds for buyer’s remorse.
- For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
