Reese’s Peanut Butter Pie (Cheesecake)

Ingredients
- 1 bag Reese’s miniature cups
- 1 Oreo crust
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- Hot fudge
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl place 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- Add 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Using a blender mix in 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- Blend several minutes until mixture slightly thickens
- In a separate bowl using a blender begin to soften and cream the cheese (allow the cream cheese to warm to room temp before using)
- Add 1 cup powdered sugar to cream cheese and blend until fluffy
- Add peanut butter and continue blending
- Fold in half of the heavy cream and sugar mixture with the peanut butter mixture and blend until well mixed
- Fill Oreo pie crust with mixture
- Cover top of the pie with remaining heavy cream mixture
- Chop up Reese’s miniature pieces into smaller bits and cover pie
- Refrigerate for 4 hours
- Melt fudge and peanut butter and drizzle on top
Slice plate and enjoy!
