We’re making Reese’s peanut butter pie and a butter finger cocktail

We ’bout to make Reese’s peanut butter pie cheesecake!! That’s rite REESE’S PEANUT BUTTER CHEESECAKE and it’s amazing. For an extra treat Kenny’s mixing up a butterscotch cocktail, what more can you ask for. TasteDis

Reese’s Peanut Butter Pie (Cheesecake)

Prep time: 15-20 min

Cook time: 4 hr

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Reese’s miniature cups
  • 1 Oreo crust
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • Hot fudge
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl place 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  2. Add 1 tsp vanilla extract
  3. Using a blender mix in 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  4. Blend several minutes until mixture slightly thickens
  5. In a separate bowl using a blender begin to soften and cream the cheese  (allow the cream cheese to warm to room temp before using)
  6. Add 1 cup powdered sugar to cream cheese and blend until fluffy
  7. Add peanut butter and continue blending
  8. Fold in half of the heavy cream and sugar mixture with the peanut butter mixture and blend until well mixed
  9. Fill Oreo pie crust with mixture
  10. Cover top of the pie with remaining heavy cream mixture
  11. Chop up Reese’s miniature pieces into smaller bits and cover pie
  12. Refrigerate for 4 hours
  13. Melt fudge and peanut butter and drizzle on top
Slice plate and enjoy!
