Kenny is in the kitchen this time he’s showing how to prepare rack of lamb.
Rack of Lamb
Ingredients
- Rack of Lamb
- Kosher salt
- Pepper
- 3-4 cloves minced garlic
- 3-4 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Thyme
- Rosemary
- Parsley
Directions
- Prepare the rack of lamb by layering on the seasonings
- Cover lamb in salt on both sides (press into meat once covered)
- Next layer on pepper
- Mince 3-4 cloves of garlic enough to cover both sides of lamb. Pat garlic into the meat
- Cover next with Dijon mustard (3-4 tbsp)
- Finally add thyme, rosemary, and parsley.
- Preheat oven to 450
- Roast Lamb for 10 min (meaty side up)
- Reduce heat to 350 and roast for 20 min (lamb rack size and type of cookware may affect cook time)
