
Peach Fritters
Fritters are a loved pastry that you can easily make at home. Made with fruits like apple and peach then drizzled with a icing glaze these peach fritters will be a family favorite, enjoy.

Ingredients
- One cup all purpose flour
- One teaspoon of baking powder
- One teaspoon of salt
- Two tablespoons of sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- Two eggs
- ½ cup of milk
- One tablespoon of melted butter
- 1 ¼ cups diced peaches
- Oil for deep frying
Powdered Sugar Glaze
- One cup powdered sugar
- Enough milk to reach your desired consistency for drizzling
Method
- In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and cinnamon.
- Whisk together.
- Whisk in eggs, milk and butter. Fold in peaches.
- Heat oil in the fryer to 375°F.
- Using a long handled ladle, ladle about 1/3 cup of batter at a time. Work in batches.
- Batter will sink at first and then rise. Cook for 2-3 minutes then remove to a paper towel lined baking sheet.
- In a small bowl add powered sugar and slowly whisk in milk to create a Glaze. Drizzle over fritters.
