Chicken Parmesan Sliders
Ingredients
- Sweet Hawaiian buns
- Garlic butter
- Chicken breast or thighs
- Kosher salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 oz. mozzarella cheese
- Marinara sauce
Directions
- Take one package of Hawaiian buns a cut horizontally along the middle. remove top buns
- Butter inside of buns with garlic butter on top and bottoms. You can use pre-made or make your own mixing several cloves of minced garlic with 3 oz of melted butter
- Preheat oven to 450 degree’s bake for 4 mins until browned
- Season both sides of chicken breast with salt and pepper
- Preheat pan with 1 Tbsp of oil over med-high heat
- Cook chicken 3-4 min per side
- Cover bottom have of buns with Parmesan cheese
- Add chicken pieces then cover with marinara sauce
- Cover with more cheese and bake 4-5 min until cheese melts
- Replace bun tops and butter top again and plate
