Oven Baked Snow Crab Legs
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Snow Crab Legs
- 2 lemons (juice of one and wedges of the other for garnish)
- 1 stick unsalted butter room temperature
- 1 tsp Sriracha
- 2 Tbsp garlic minced
- 1/2 Tbsp sugar
- 3 dashes smoked paprika
- 1 Tbsp fresh parsley chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400° F
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- In a bowl combine butter, Sriracha, lemon juice, sugar and paprika and whisk together. Set aside.
- Place thawed Crab Legs on baking sheet evenly.
- Sprinkle juice of a lemon and minced garlic evenly over Crab.
- Cut 4 Tbsp butter into small pieces, place on top of Crab and lightly season with Old Bay Seasoning or lemon pepper seasoning.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes.
- Spoon over butter sauce fresh out of the oven.
- Dust with more paprika and fresh parsley.
