Manna Sandwich

Ingredients
- 2 Lb ground chuck
- 2 Tb onion powder or onions
- 2 Tb water
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tb dried parsley
- 1 1/2 tsp dried basil
- French or sweet Italian roll
- Swiss cheese
Come-back sauce
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup French or Catalina dressing
- 2 1/2 cups catsup
- 2 Tb brown mustard
- 2 Tb sugar
Directions
- In mixing bowl combine Come-back sauce ingredients
- Mix well making sure sugar crystals full dissolve
- Refrigerate for several minutes
- Preheat pan over med-high heat
- Add ground beef and brown until pink is gone
- Drain excess oil and fat and return to med heat
- Add onions (or powder), water, soy sauce, garlic powder, dried parsley, and dried basil
- Blend seasoning into meat and simmer on med flame for 10 min
- Take French bread or roll and carefully cut out the center section
- Drizzle come-back sauce onto the roll
- Add a heaping serving of seasoned meat
- Top with more come-back sauce and Swiss cheese
- Preheat over or broiler to 300
- Bake sandwich several minutes until cheese is melted
