
Lobster Rolls
It's Lobster roll time, a toasted hot dog bun stuffed with lobster meat. This sandwich from the East comes in two main styles the Maine and Connecticut, luckily we've got both recipes. Enjoy

Ingredients
Maine Style(Mayonnaise based)
- 3-4 Lobster Tails
- 3-4 Tbsp mayonnaise
- ¼ cup celery diced
- Juice of half a lemon
- Zest of half a lemon
- 1 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon All Purpose Seasoning
- Top split Brioche hot dog buns
- Fresh dill or parsley diced for garnish
Connecticut Style
- 3-4 Lobster Tails
- ¼ cup celery diced
- ⅛ cup red bell pepper
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 1-2 Tbsp garlic minced
- 1 Tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
- Juice of half a lemon
- Diced dill chives or parsley for garnish
Method
Maine Style
- Remove Lobster from shells, clean, devein, rough Chop, place in a bowl and set aside.
- In a separate bowl combine mayonnaise, 1/4 cup celery, Old Bay Seasoning, All purpose Seasoning, fresh dill, lemon juice and zest. Whisk together and set aside.
- Bring a large skillet to a medium heat.
- Melt Tbsp butter and add Lobster season with Old Bay and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove and add to Maine Mayo sauce.
Connecticut Style
- Add butter to skillet med heat.
- Add Lobster garlic Old Bay Seasoning, celery and red bell pepper then cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Brown a Brioche Buns.
- Fill bun with Lobster ingredients and garnish with fresh dill or parsley. Serve immediately.
