Loaded baked potato Cajun shrimp vs Philly cheese steak

Cajun Shrimp & Philly Cheese Baked Potato

Prep time: 10 min

Cook time: 40 min

Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Lbs Shrimp
  • 2 chicken breast
  • rib-eye steak
  • provolone cheese
  • Nacho cheese
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper
  • Paprika
  • Onions
  • Peppers
  • Garlic butter

Directions

  1. Preheat over to 400
  2. After cleaning potatoes cover with olive oil and wrap in aluminum foil
  3. Bake for 40 min until soft
  4. Once cooked slice open pot

Cajun shrimp & chicken filling

  1. Season shrimp with Cajun seasoning covering both sides thoroughly
  2. Place 1-2 tbsp olive oil in pan and preheat on med
  3. Cook shrimp 1-2 min per side once cooked set to the side
  4. Butterfly cut 2 chicken breast
  5. Season with Cajun and paprika seasoning covering both sides thoroughly
  6. Preheat skillet with 1 tbsp garlic butter on med high heat
  7. Add breast and cook 5 min per side
  8. Once done slice chicken into smaller pieces
  9. Reuse same skillet and oils to saute several broccoli florets for 3-5 min
  10. Slice open top of cooked potato (salt, pepper, butter as needed)
  11. Add Cajun shrimp and chicken topping (nacho cheese optional)

Philly filling

  1. Preheat pan with 1-2 tbsp of oil on med high heat
  2. Add frozen or fresh steak
  3. Cook 2 min then flip for 2 min
  4. Break meat up add onions and peppers and cook 5 min
  5. Add 2 slices of provolone cheese and allow to melt
  6. Slice open baked potato (salt, pepper, butter as needed)
  7. Top potato with Philly filling
