How to prepare lamb chop loins with creamy thyme mustard sauce

This recipe which includes garlic and white wine takes lamb chop loins sears them to perfection and drenches them in a creamy thyme mustard sauce, delicious.

Lamb Chop Loins w/ Thyme Mustard Sauce

Prep time: 30 min (marinade)

Cook time: 20 min

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1/4 ounce fresh thyme
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 lamb chop loins

Directions

  1. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper
  2. Mix well
  3. Marinade chops in mixture and let sit for 30 min @ room temp
  4. Once chops are ready preheat an skillet over medium high heat
  5. cook chops 4 min per side
  6. Once chops a done remove from pan and set to side
  7. Using the same skillet add 1 cup white wine and bring to boil
  8. Add 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  9. Add 1 clove garlic minced and thyme
  10. Stir and bring to boil
  11. Reduce heat and simmer several minutes until thickens
  12. Return chops to mustard sauce and simmer several minutes
