Kenny bringing it to you once again with another recipe from his kitchen. This time he’s pulling out the big spicy guns with a lineup of jerked shrimp and jerked chicken…and a surprise dish at the end.
Jerk shrimp and chicken
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken thighs
- 1 lb jumbo shrimp
- Grace Jerk seasoning
- Walkerswood jerk marinated
Directions
- Season shrimp with jerk seasoning covering both sides
- Place shrimp in a bag with 2-3 tbsp of jerk marinade shake and mix until all shrimp are fully covered. Refrigerate for 1 hr
- Using 1 tsp per thigh cover chicken in marinade and refrigerate for 1 hr
- Preheat oiled skillet or grill to 350 (med-high). Cook chicken 7-8 minutes per side
- For shrimp cook on an oiled skillet or grill 2 minutes per side (med-high heat)
