Jerk Mango Salmon bowl

Ingredients
  

  • Apply dry seasoning to both sides of fish
  • In a large mixing bowl combine Walkerswood Grace, salsa, and water
  • Mix well working into all of the meat
  • Fully cover fish and marinade up to 8 hr
  • Cover the pan with 1 Tb of oil and preheat over med-high flame
  • Add salmon and cook 3-4 minutes per side longer for crispy edges
  • You can plate and cover with more mango sauce. Enjoy!
