Jerk Mango Salmon bowl

Ingredients
- Â 2 Salmon fillets
- Dry Jerk seasoning
- 1-2 tsp Walkerswood jerk seasoning
- 1 tsp Grace jerk seasoning
- 1-2 tsp mango salsa
- 1 tsp water
Directions
- Apply dry seasoning to both sides of fish
- In a large mixing bowl combine Walkerswood, Grace, salsa, and water
- Mix well working into all of the meat
- Fully cover fish and marinade up to 8 hr
- Cover the pan with 1 Tb of oil and preheat over med-high flame
- Add salmon and cook 3-4 minutes per side longer for crispy edges
You can plate and cover with more mango sauce. Enjoy!
