Jerk Mango Salmon bowl

Ingredients

  •  2 Salmon fillets
  • Dry Jerk seasoning
  • 1-2 tsp Walkerswood jerk seasoning
  • 1 tsp Grace jerk seasoning
  • 1-2 tsp mango salsa
  • 1 tsp water

Directions

  1. Apply dry seasoning to both sides of fish
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine Walkerswood, Grace, salsa, and water
  3. Mix well working into all of the meat
  4. Fully cover fish and marinade up to 8 hr
  5. Cover the pan with 1 Tb of oil and preheat over med-high flame
  6. Add salmon and cook 3-4 minutes per side longer for crispy edges
You can plate and cover with more mango sauce. Enjoy!
