Jerk Chicken and Chicken Fajita Naan Bread Pizza

Kenny is back in the kitchen remixing the Naan bread pizza this time he shows how to make a chicken fajita and a jerk chicken pizza. Do we need to say more?

Ingredients
  

  • 2-4 chicken breast
  • Chef Merito carne asada meat seasoning
  • Weber Jamaican seasoning
  • Walkerswood Jerk hot & spicy seasoning
  • Naan bread
  • Olive oil
  • Marinara sauce
  • Mozzarella
  • Pico de gayo
  • Giardiniera peppers

Method
 

  1. Butterfly filet each chicken breast into two pieces
  2. For fajita chicken season with carne asada seasoning and let sit for at least 30 min
  3. For jerk season with dry jerk seasoning followed with Walkerswood seasoning than let sit for at least 30 min
  4. Preheat oiled skillet to medium and cook chicken 10 min per side
  5. Chop cooked fillets into smaller pieces
  6. Oil top of naan bread
  7. Add a layer of marinara sauce
  8. Nest layer either Jerk or fajita chicken pieces
  9. For added flavor sprinkle with pico de gayo and/or giardiniera peppers
  10. Top with mozzarella cheese
  11. Bake in preheated oven at 450 for 10 min (until cheese melted and crust crispy)
