These honey jerk wings are sweat, spicy, and delicious. Take the spicy heat from jerk sauce, blend it with the sweet tangy taste of honey, and you’ve got mouth-watering magic. Enjoy.
Honey Jerk Wings
Ingredients
- 4-5 pounds chicken wings(cut into wing dings)
- 1 10oz jar Grace Jerk Seasoning/Marinade
Note: you’ll need about 3 Tbsp of the Marinade - 2 Tbsp dry Jerk seasoning
- 5 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- Preheat grill.
- In a large bowl add Jerk Marinade, Worcestershire sauce and honey. Mix well and give it a taste (should be delicious). Set aside.
- Assemble wings on a large baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, massage oil in then apply dry jerk seasoning on both sides.
- Transfer wings to Marinade bowl. Use your hands and mix wings well in Marinade.
- Grill wings 5-7 minutes per side, check for desired done-ness ( you might want to finish the in a 350°F oven for 7-8 minutes for Ultra tenderness.)
- Remove from heat and eat.
- Serve with Roasted Veggies and Jerk BBQ Sauce.
