Honey Jerk Turkey Wings

The tenderest turkey you’ve ever tasted, these honey jerk turkey wings are big, juicy, and will leave you wanting more.  Jerk seasoning and real honey baked onto  specially prepared turkey wings till they’re tender and juicy, enjoy.

 

Honey Jerk Turkey Wings

Ingredients

  • 4 turkey wings washed, patted dry with paper towel and cut into 8 pieces (4 drums 4 flats)
  • 1 Tbsp each: salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika
  • 2-3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 Tbsp Jerk Marinade
  • 2-3 Tbsp honey
  • 2-3 Tbsp butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. In a large bowl drizzle olive oil over turkey wings.
  3. Add dry seasonings and rub them in well.
  4. Add jerk marinade and honey. Use your hand to mix all the ingredients together well.
  5. Spray a large baking dish with oil or nonstick spray.
  6. In a single layer place wings in the dish.
  7. Sprinkle with a bit more paprika, top with slices of butter and cover with aluminum foil.
  8. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven and check for tenderness.
  10. Rotate/flip wings then bake uncovered at 425° F for another 20-25 minutes.
  11. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly, then dig in!
  12. Serve with Sautéed Veggies and your favorite sides.
