Honey Buffalo wings are a great addition to any sports day spread. These wings add the sweet taste of honey to spicy buffalo wings, enjoy.
Honey Buffalo Wings
INGREDIENTS
- 2 pounds chicken wings cleaned, dried and cut into wings Dings
- 1 tsp Salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika combined
- 1 cup Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- Oil for frying
DIRECTIONS
- Clean your wings in cold water, vinegar and lemon juice. Pat dry with a paper towel.
- Season with seasoning blend.
- In a large skillet or Dutch oven heat oil to 350°F
- Fry wings in batches for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove to a baking sheet lined with paper towels.
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- In a medium saucepan combine Frank’s Red-hot Buffalo sauce with honey stir and simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer wings to baking sheet and pour Honey Buffalo sauce over wings.
- Place wings in the oven and bake just for about 2-3 minutes until sauce becomes like a candy glaze on the wings.
- Remove from oven. Allow to cool a bit and Dig In!
