This grilled honey buffalo chicken will leave you begging for more. A savory sweet honey buffalo sauce smothered over seasoned chicken then grilled till they’re just right. They’ll be a grill’n fav all summer long, enjoy.
Honey Buffalo Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup Buffalo sauce (I used 1/4 cup Frank’s Hot Sauce and whisked in 1 Tbsp melted butter)
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- In a small bowl whisk together Buffalo sauce, honey and garlic.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper and parsley on both sides then coat with about 2 Tbsp of your Buffalo sauce.
- Preheat grill to medium high heat.
- Lay chicken smooth side down and cook 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Flip and flip again every 3-4 minutes until juice runs clear and internal temperature of 165° is reached.
- Serve Honey Buffalo Chicken with a sprinkle of chopped green onions or parsley if desired with your favorite sides!
