How to prepare grilled swordfish in a lemon parsley marinade

Grilled swordfish is what’s cook’n in Kenny’s kitchen today. Marinaded in a lemon parsley rub this swordfish recipe comes out great every time. TasteDis!

Grilled Swordfish

Prep time: 5-10 min

Cook time: 17-20 min

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces sword fish
  • 1-2 tsp salt
  • 1-2 tsp pepper
  • 4 Tb olive oil
  • 4 Tb lemon juice
  • 1 Tb capers
  • 1 Tb lemon zest
  • 1 tsp sweet Spanish paprika
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 Tb fresh chopped parsely
  • 1 mined garlic

Directions

  1. Lightly cover fish in olive oil
  2. Season both sides of steak with salt and pepper
  3. In mixing bowl combine olive oil, lemon juice, capers, lemon zesty, paprika, crushed pepper, Italian seasoning, chopped parsley and garlic
  4. Mix thoroughly and set marinade to side for several minutes
  5. Preheat oiled grill over medium hi heat
  6. Place steak on hot grill and cook for 5-6 minutes per side
  7. In aluminum foil place half of marinade.
  8. Add grilled steak to foil, top with remaining marinade and close foil and allow fish to sit for 5 min
