Grilled Moroccan Spiced Lamb-chops

Time to level up your lamb chops with grilled Moroccan spiced lamb chops. We take lamb chops and marinade them in a spicy sauce blend of parsley, garlic, and harissa red peppers then grill them to perfection, enjoy.
Grilled Moroccan Spiced Lamb-chops

Ingredients

  • 16 lamb rib chops or 2 plates cut into ribs (if that makes sense)
  • 2 heaping Tbsp of harissa spicy red pepper sauce
  • 4 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Zest and juice of one lemon
  • 2 Tbsp fresh Italian parsley finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp fresh mint finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves pressed
  • 1 tsp Salt or to taste

Directions

  1. Wash chops and pat dry.
  2. Whisk together harissa, olive oil, lemon juice and Zest, herbs and salt in a small bowl. Mix well.
  3. Divide Marinade, place chops in 2 separate zipper bags and pour over chops.
  4. Massage, seal and let marinate overnight (or at least a couple hours).
  5. Heat grill to 400°F.
  6. Oil grill grates with cooking spray.
  7. Grill Lamb-chops 4-5 minutes per side.
  8. Remove to a plate and tent with foil.
  9. Allow to rest for about 10 minutes.
  10. Serve over Couscous with a Fly side salad
