Grilled Mahi Mahi

IngredientsÂ
- 3-4 Mahi Mahi fillets (4-6 ounces each)
- Olive oil or cooking spray
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 3/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 11/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
DirectionsÂ
- Preheat grill to medium high heat. Lightly oil spray or brush grates with olive oil.
- Place fillets on a large plate or baking sheet. Lightly spray or brush both sides with olive oil.
- Â In a bowl, stir together the paprika, chill powder, cumin, thyme, salt, garlic powder and olive oil until a paste forms.
- Rub the spice paste all over the Mahi Mahi fillets.
- Place fillets on oiled grill. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook until the fish is just cooked through (about another 2 minutes).
Serve over Asparagus and top with Mango salsa if you desire. Enjoy/ Tastedis
