  Creole lamb chops
Ingredients
- Lamb chops
- Garlic powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Creole seasoning
Directions
- Tenderize both sides of lamb chop
- Season meat with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and creole seasoning
- Pat seasoning into the meat making sure to cover both sides and fatty areas
- Preheat pan or grill over medium-high heat
- Cook meat 4-5 minutes per side
- Allow meat to sit several minutes before serving
