Grilled Catfish secret ingredient…

If you want to make an unforgettable grilled catfish then this is your recipe. This grilled catfish is made with a spicy delicious seasoning mix and grilled to golden brown, but the key ingredient that’ll make your family smile is…love, enjoy.
Grilled Catfish

Ingredients

  • 1-2 pounds Catfish (steaks or fillets)
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Cooking spray for grill grates
  • 1 Tbsp granulated garlic
  • 1 Tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 Tbsp turmeric
  • 1 Tbsp jerk seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to 350° F
  2. In small bowl mix together all dry spice ingredients.
  3. Place fish on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  4. Drizzle about a Tbsp of oil on fish. Massage oil into fish.
  5. Generously season Catfish on all sides. Stack and repeat with remaining fish.
  6. Spray grill grates with cooking spray once temperature is reached.
  7. Grill Catfish about 4-5 minutes per side (keeping a close watch to assure fish doesn’t stick to the grill grates).
  8. Remove fish, serve immediately with grilled or roasted veggies and Jasmine Rice.
