
Garlic and Herb Marinated Lamb-chop Loins
This is a keto lovers dream, garlic and herb marinated lamb chop loins. Simple to prepare but delicous in this recipe we use the loin cut of the chop, ad some marinade magic and there you have it people, there you have it. Enjoy

Method
- Season chops with a healthy dose of salt and pepper. Set aside.
Marinade: In a medium-sized bowl combine Thyme, oregano, rosemary, garlic, and olive oil. Whisk together well.
- Pour Marinade over chops and massage into the meat. Let sit for about 20 minutes at room temperature.
- Heat a large cast-iron skillet for 30 seconds.
- Add oil and reduce heat to medium-high heat.
- Sear chops until well browned on the first side (about 3 minutes).
- Flip the chops and for another 3-4 minutes (depending upon thickness).
- Transfer to a warm plate and let rest for 5 minutes to allow the proteins in the meat to relax for maximum scrumptiousness!
- Serve with your Favorite sides.
Internal temperature should be 135°F for a perfect medium-rare.
