Yeah, you read it right, somehow Kenny wandered back into the kitchen and broiled a lobster tail. A LOBSTER!! And it’s easy and delicious!!
Broiled Lobster Tail
Ingredients
- Lobster tails (fresh or frozen)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Smoked paprika
Directions
- Thaw frozen lobster before cooking
- Cut shell from head to tail with scissors
- Split open shell and carefully separate the shell from meat (do not completely remove meat from the shell)
- Lay meat on top of the shell and remove the vein and unwanted parts
- Place a lemon wedge under meat inside of the shell
- Lightly season meat with salt, pepper, and paprika
- Oil a baking pan and place lobster in the pan
- Preheat oven to 500
- Cover lobster in butter and broil for 5-7 min
