Kenny’s back in the kitchen and this time he’s making a tantalizing creamy chicken pasta with bacon. This is a tasty recipe for creamy and cheesy pasta with plump chicken pieces and savory bacon, and who can resist bacon. Enjoy!
Creamy Chicken Pasta w/ Savory Bacon

Ingredients
- 6-8 strips of bacon
- 2 chicken breast
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 3 diced tomatoes (16 oz)
- 1 1/2 cups spinach
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- Penny pasta
Directions
- Prepare bacon, cut into 1 in. strips, and set to the side
- Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
- Add 1 Tbsp of oil to the pan and cook chicken breast over medium heat for 4-5 min per side
- Remove chicken from pan and add butter and garlic to existing oils in the pan
- Add tomatoes to the pan and simmer for 5 min
- Add spinach and stir till wilted 4-5 min
- Season with paprika, Italian seasoning, and crushed red pepper
- Prepare pasta according to box instructions, drain and set to the side
- Add heavy whipping cream and Parmesan cheese to the sauce
- Increase sauce heat to boil. Simmer and stir and sauce until it thickens and is creamy
- Cut chicken into 1 in. chunks and the sauce along with bacon. Simmer 3-5 min until the meat absorbs the sauce.
- Add pasta and allow it to absorb sauce (4-5 min)
