Grilling Cornish hens, jerk vs Cajun seasoning which is best?

Kenny is back in the kitchen and he’s grilling up Cornish hens. And to make things more interesting he’s seasoning it in two distinct ways one is Cajun and the other’s getting jerked.

Grilled Cornish & Cajun Hens

Ingredients
  • Cornish hen
  • Jerk seasoning
  • Walkerswood jerk marinade
  • Cajun seasoning
Directions
  1. Using kitchen sheer cut down the middle of the bird
  2. Season bird with a jerk or Cajun spice dry rub.
  3. For jerk also cover in Walkerswoods marinade (let sit 30 min)
  4. Preheat a grill to 350
  5. Grill 10 min per side
