
Chicken Enchiladas
Kenny's in the kitchen again this time he's putting together a simple recipe to make awesome chicken enchiladas. Enjoy

Ingredients
Method
- Layer bottom of dish with half of sauce 9 oz.
- In a large bowl mix cooked shredded or cubed chicken, onions, fire roasted chili's, seasoning and remaining sauces
- Preheat oven to 400
- On a shallow plate pour several Tbsp of chicken broth
- Dip tortilla in both to soften then set to side on plate
- Place 3-4 Tbsp of meat in center of tortilla.
- Add cheese and meat filling
- Carefully roll enchiladas and place in baking dish
- Once dish is full (7-6 enchiladas) cover withe sauce and 1 1/2 cup cheese
- Bake for 25 min
