
Cheeseburger Sliders

Method
- Heat a large cast iron skillet to medium high heat. Add oil.
- Add onions and ground beef. Saute onions and combine with ground beef breaking up beef with a spatula until no longer pink.
- Season with salt, pepper and granulated garlic. Drain any fat.
- Add mayonnaise and combine well (this is a key step that ensures a juicy bite).
- On a large baking sheet grease with butter.
- Slice your Brioche Hawaiian rolls in half, removing the top layer.
- Lay bottom half in the greased baking sheet. Layer cheese slices down first.
- Next, spoon your ground beef mixture over the cheese layered buns.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the beef evenly.
- Put top layer buns and brush top with melted butter. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese has melted to perfection.
- Slice sliders into sections or just pull apart.
