
Buttermilk Chicken Sliders
Delicious buttermilk chicken sliders made from scratch. These buttermilk sliders are made with real buttermilk, a blend of spices, and juicy thigh meat. Enjoy

Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs pounded and cut into slider sized portions
- 2 cups all purpose flour separated
- 1 cup buttermilk
- ¼ cup hot sauce
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- ½ tsp cracked black pepper
- 10 -12 Brioche slider buns
- Vegetable Oil for deep frying
- Spicy Aioli and pickle slices for garnish
Method
- Set up dredging station.
- Set up 3 bowls.
- Pour 1 cup of flour into two of the bowls and buttermilk in the 3rd bowl.
- Whisk garlic powder, salt and pepper into the buttermilk bowl
- PRO Tip: season your flour also
- Dredge each piece of chicken into the first flour bowl.
- Next dip it into the buttermilk bowl.
- And finally in the second flour bowl.
- Rest on a plate.
- Heat vegetable oil to 350°F.
- Once oil it ready fry chicken 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove and place on a wire rack.
- Brown Brioche buns and cover with a bit of Aioli on bottom bun, add a pickle slice.
Serve with fresh onion rings if desired.
