Easy Broiled Fish & Veggie Dish
Ingredients
- Catfish or tilapia fillets
- 2-3 red potatoes
- 2-3 ears of corn
- Broccoli florets
- Garlic powder
- Old Bay seasoning
- Black pepper
- Basil
- Butter
Directions
- Chop potatoes into small wedges and broccoli into small florets. Corn can be cut into smaller pieces also
- Place veggies into separate baking pans
- Drizzle veggies with olive oil and seasoned with garlic powder, pepper, and Old Bay seasoning
- Preheat oven 425
- Bake times: broccoli 15 min, corn 30-45 min, potatoes 45 min -1 hr (check veggie every 15 min)
- Season with butter and basil once done
- Season fish with garlic powder, pepper, and Old Bay
- Place in a baking pan and cook for 30 min in preheated oven on 350 (check every 10-15 min)
