TasteDis Hangover Burger – The sure cure for last nights shenanigans

It’s always a good idea to start the day out right with a healthy meal so today we have a great sandwich that many people purchase at a fast food restaurant but never take the time to make at home, the lip snacking mouth watering sausage, egg and cheese sandwich. Its a delicious morning meal that’s portable and easy enuff to make so we thought we’d hit you with out variation on this morning classic, enjoy.

 

Ingredients
Makes 4 Servings
Meat: 2 lbs Ground Beef Chuck or Turkey, Chicken 🐔 8 Slices Turkey Bacon
Refrigerated: 4 eggs
4 slices cheddar cheese
Condiments
2 Tbls Ketchup
2 Tbls Mayo
1/2 Tbls Sriracha
Baking & Spices
1tsp Pepper 3 tsp Salt
Bread & Baked goods:
4 Brioche Buns

 

Begin cooking bacon. You can put it in a pan, in the oven for about 15-20 min at 400 degrees.
Get your grill/pan/etc hot for the burger.

Salt & pepper the ground beef and then divide into 8oz (1/2 lb) portions (or you can use smaller 6oz portions). Flatten into patties that are about 1/2 inch larger than the buns.

Put a thumbprint in the middle of the patty so it doesn’t puff up when cooking. Grill your burgers about 4min on each side. Add cheese after a couple minutes.

Cook eggs Sunny side up. Salt, Pepper, stack and enjoy!!
