
Beef Short Ribs

Method
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Season Short Ribs with garlic, salt, and pepper or Kinder's Master Salt and pepper if on hand. Heat a large cast-iron skillet on high heat. Add 1 Tbsp garlic butter and 1 Tbsp oil. Sear short ribs for about 4 minutes per side and place in a deep roasting pan.
- Melt remaining butter and pour over short ribs. Pour beef broth or stock, cover, and bake for 1 hour.
- Uncover, turn short ribs over. Top with onions and peppers. Continue to bake uncovered for 15 additional minutes.
- Serve with veggies, potatoes with gravy, or BBQ sauce.
